I had a few cheeses in the fridge (a little of each) and the idea came to me to try to make a tart. As zucchini is one of the vegetables that is not missing from the fridge, I added it next to the cheese, and the tomatoes together with the basil are the ones that give the appearance, aroma and color to our appetizer! :)
It turned out very tasty and good-looking!

  • 1 packet of rectangular puff pastry
  • 350 g mixture of cheeses (semi-salted cow's milk, faisselle, philadelphia, grated mozzarella) ... or of which you have fresh cow's cheese, urda, ricotta)
  • 1 zucchini zucchini
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • salt
  • basil
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Tart appetizer with cheese and vegetables:

In a yena tray, put the puff pastry dough with baking paper, to cover the edges, prick it with a fork from place to place and put it for 4-5 minutes in the preheated oven at 190 ° C.

Meanwhile, peel the zucchini and grate it.

In a bowl add the cheeses, eggs and sour cream, mix well, add the drained zucchini, flour with baking powder and season with salt and basil to taste.

Pour the resulting composition over the puff pastry dough taken out of the oven, add pieces of tomatoes from place to place and sprinkle a little basil on top.

Put the tray in the oven at 180 ° C for 40-50 minutes or until the tart is nicely browned on top.


Serve warm or cold!
