I found this recipe on Laura Adamache's blog. It is an easy to make, tasty salad that can be served on pieces of toast or we can use it as a filling for boiled eggs.

  • 1 canned tuna pieces (in its own juice);
  • 1 teaspoon salted capers;
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (which you want - home made or bought);
  • 1/2 small red onion;
  • 1/3 lemon (juice);
  • little dill / parsley;
  • salt;
  • pepper

Servings: 5

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

Put the well drained tuna in a bowl, crush it with a fork, add finely chopped onion, finely chopped and chopped capers, dill / parsley and lemon juice. Add mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Tips sites

If we find the salad too thick, we can add a tablespoon of yogurt or sour cream.

Serve the salad on toast or we can fill it with this salad, boiled eggs.
