A recipe to try for those in the family, in the autumn evenings. We liked its consistency and the creamy mixture with sour cream and cheese.

Ever since it got colder, I have returned to my desires with hot and filling dishes. The oven became our friend again and we looked for new recipes to brown over low heat.

I chose to test a recipe on Allrecipes.co.uk, a dish that you can make in larger quantities, which should not be monitored on the stove and to warm you in the cold autumn evenings.

We loved the idea of ​​preparing pasta in the oven and we liked that we can put in them strips of chicken left over from a previous dish, but also our favorite vegetables if we want.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 300g pasta (macaroni)
  • 200g cooked chicken, cut into pieces
  • 150g sliced ​​and hardened mushrooms (optional)
  • 200ml cooking cream
  • 150ml milk
