I love ice cream!
I love watermelon! You know, the one with the yellow skin and the little green vines (grandma called them "rapati"), the orange core, juicy and fragrant.
And the fall outside made me think of ... ice cream.
And a secret: I also like dark chocolate ...

  • 500 g melon core
  • 4 lgt honey
  • grated dark chocolate
  • mint sticks

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Melon sorbet dessert with chocolate kiss:

Cut the melon core into cubes and place it in a bowl / tray in the freezer until it hardens (about 45 minutes).

Put the core in the robot together with the honey and mix until you get a fine and delicious cream.

Serve everything immediately, with grated chocolate on top, mint leaves and fresh melon rolls.
