I love ice cream!
I love watermelon! You know, the one with the yellow skin and the little green vines (grandma called them "rapati"), the orange core, juicy and fragrant.
And the fall outside made me think of ... ice cream.

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
Cut the melon core into cubes and place it in a bowl / tray in the freezer until it hardens (about 45 minutes).
