Rub the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil and rub until it is well incorporated.
Separately mix the flour with the baking powder. Put the flour over the eggs alternating with the milk.
Peel the apples, cut them into slices (or cubes) and heat them until they no longer have juice. Add sugar depending on how sweet the apples are. When they have hardened, add the cinnamon and let them cool.
Grease a pan with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Pour half of the composition and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
