Cabbage with tuna - recipe

• 1 raw cabbage (or 1 sauerkraut)
• 200 g of tuna (or 2 cans of whole tuna)
• 2 tomatoes, tomato paste or broth
• 5-6 tablespoons of oil
• 1 tablespoon dill
• salt and pepper to taste

Finely chop the cabbage (fidelita), add a little salt and massage it with your hands. If you use sauerkraut, you have to squeeze it and then finely chop it.

Put the chopped cabbage in a tray. Add oil, salt and pepper and mix. Pour a little water and put the tray in the hot oven.

Let the cabbage cook for half an hour. Remove from the oven and add the tomatoes (finely chopped) or tomato paste and tuna. Stir and put the food back in the oven. After a quarter of an hour, remove the tray.

You can serve cabbage with tuna, if you like, with polenta and garlic or cream. Or if not, with bread and hot peppers.

Mini tuna in the oven

I told you not too long ago about the mini-tone specimens that I turned into spicy fillets with broccoli and potato sauce. Now it's the turn of the next couple to rest in the freezer until this morning. Since yesterday's rice was too much, I thought of recycling it, also as a garnish, but for fish (this reminds me of the times when Julius Mall from Iaşi was Cantina din Tudor where 2-3 times a week I had this delicacy called "rice with fish"). I also kept the rest of the pasta I seasoned the chicken with in the Caribbean and used it today, you'll see how.

What do you need?

  • two small tones (I think two tones would not work) of 250 g each
  • some Caribbean-like spice pasta based on coriander, black pepper, cumin, ginger, cayenne, cloves, turmeric and garlic
  • 2 shallots cleaned and finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic cleaned and finely chopped
  • 4 - 6 whole garlic cloves, uncleaned
  • a thread, two sliced green onions
  • a few (4-5) cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lemon (½ for juice, the rest for decoration)
  • a handful of chopped green parsley
  • olive oil, about 3-4 tablespoons in total
  • 50 mL dry white wine, quality
  • salt to taste.

How do you proceed?

  • Wash the tuna (fresh or freshly thawed) and wipe with an absorbent towel.
  • Salt on the outside and inside.
  • Grease both the outside and the inside with the spice paste that I previously diluted with lemon juice.
  • Leave the fish cold (preferably in a resealable bag) to extract the flavors - one hour would be enough.
  • Remove and discard excess spice paste from and from the fish.
  • Fill the fish belly with shallots and chopped garlic, as well as green onions.
  • Place the fish in a pan greased with olive oil and toss the whole clove of garlic in the pan.
  • Cover the tray with a wet, squeezed baking sheet and place in the preheated oven at 200 ° C.
  • After 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet, decorate the tuna with cherry tomato halves and lemon slices, pour the wine lightly into the pan and put it in the oven, uncovered, for another 10-12 minutes.

While the fish is in the oven, you can prepare a sauce / salad (dressing - to be higher) from shallots, garlic and chopped onions that no longer fit in the bellies of fish. Mix them with quartered cherry tomatoes, green parsley, season with salt, olive oil and a drop of lemon juice.

In addition to fish, you can serve steamed vegetables, natural potatoes, broccoli cream, etc. If you want to keep the Caribbean specific, use red bean rice as a garnish.

Recommended wine: white, cold, dry, much, 2 glasses, OK 1 glass.

Have fun and see you healthy again!

Soft Kitchen

Welcome to my virtual kitchen. My name is Laura and through this blog I want to present you the networks I have tried.

I have always loved to cook and I must admit that it is an ideal method of relaxation and "escape". Ever since I know myself, I have been sitting between my mother's legs in the kitchen, so from here you will realize the soul load between me and my dishes :) I remember that I adored the enticing smell that accompanied me and my mother during the cooking stages.

I like to experiment and I never follow a recipe from head to toe or I change my mind, I start something and something else comes out. but what I can guarantee is that my dishes are unique every time and much appreciated by my loved ones for now :)

"Cooking" is no longer a simple hobby or occupation, because you have to eat and live. no, we all know that it is art and it is perhaps one of the oldest arts, so I will give it the necessary significance and I will tell you that everything I do is done with passion and because of this I like to go through all stages of preparation of a preparation. I don't like to make my work in the kitchen a lot easier, I can say that I "suffer" for each dish :)) Most of the time I prefer to do as much as I can manually, not to use the kitchen appliances. It is a pleasure for me to prepare, from A to Z, a dish.

Fish plate (baked)

Hmmmmmmmm over. I don't like fish, but it looks great.

very good recipe :) congratulations! now I'm done cooking .. delicious !!

Thanks! And & quot; good appetite! & Quot, if you just finished cooking the plate)

One question, it can also be prepared in jars for the winter.

Because I haven't tried or heard of it, I tend to say that it's not possible, but I might be wrong - as zacusca is sterilized, why can't fish plaque be sterilized as well. But I'm sure you'll get an answer if someone tried.

I also cooked it, it looks very tempting, I hope it is delicious as it looks.

I hope the plate was as delicious as it promised.

It looks fff good and I think it's also tasty but my family doesn't appreciate the taste of onion mixed with fish so I have another recipe. if you want I can give it a try. she is very good but she is different DANIELA

Daniela, if you had time to write it, I would be very grateful.

I received it, but unfortunately just yesterday I saw it. Thanks!

The plate is in the oven. The pretzel is waiting for my students. I really liked your answer after the message I gave you. But let's talk about fish. My husband and I are fishermen. We make our holidays on the pond in general, so I would like to see more recipes that involve fish. Preferably carp is our favorite. Not that I wouldn't know how to cook it, but maybe I come with something special so that I can amaze mine. Thank you once again for what you do, you are of real use to us, mothers and wives eager to experience something else in the kitchen. All the best, Paula.

It seems to me that there are a few, so I will try to publish more recipes with fish. In case you haven't noticed, there is also a favorite fish recipe - CARP there was no way it could be missing from a respectable culinary blog :) (to find it faster, I left a link to it under the bold word).
