We wash the wings under a stream of cold water.

Mix 3 tablespoons of mustard with 5 tablespoons of cold water, 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, salt and ground pepper to taste.

Place the wings in a bowl, pour the mustard mixture over the wings and refrigerate the dish for a few hours (I left it in the fridge from evening until morning).

The next day we empty the contents of the bowl into a yena bowl, clean the mushrooms, wash them and cut them into slices.

Place the slices of mushrooms on the wings, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the tray in the oven for an hour, until the wings are nicely browned and all the water left is reduced.

Remove the pan from the oven, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and leave to cool.

Serve the wings with garlic sauce and polenta.

Good appetite!
